Ultrasonic liquid processing equipment utilizes the
cavitation effect of ultrasound, which means that when
ultrasound propagates in a liquid, small holes are
generated inside the liquid due to the violent vibration of
liquid particles. These small holes rapidly expand and
close, causing violent collisions between liquid particles,
resulting in pressures of several thousand to tens of
thousands of atmospheres. The micro jet generated by
the intense interaction between these particles will cause
a series of reactions such as particle refinement, cell
fragmentation, de aggregation, and mutual fusion in the
material, thereby playing a good role in dispersion,
homogenization, stirring, emulsification, extraction, and
so on.
