As a physical means and tool, ultrasonic technology can produce various conditions in liquid, which is called sonochemical reaction. Ultrasonic dispersion equipment refers to the process of dispersing and agglomerating the particles in liquid through the “cavitation” effect of ultrasonic in liquid.
The dispersing equipment is composed of ultrasonic vibration parts and ultrasonic driving power supply. Ultrasonic vibration components mainly include high-power ultrasonic transducer, horn and tool head (transmitter), which are used to generate ultrasonic vibration and transmit the vibration energy to liquid.
The ultrasonic driving power supply is used to drive the ultrasonic vibration parts and control the various working states of the ultrasonic vibration parts. It converts the general electricity into high frequency AC signal and drives the transducer to produce ultrasonic vibration.
When the ultrasonic vibration is transmitted to the liquid, the strong cavitation effect will be excited in the liquid due to the large sound intensity, and a large number of cavitation bubbles will be generated in the liquid. With the generation and explosion of these cavitation bubbles, micro jets will be generated to break up the heavy liquid solid particles. At the same time, due to the ultrasonic vibration, the solid-liquid mixture is more fully, which promotes most of the chemical reactions.
