Ultrasonic disperser can be applied to almost all chemical reactions, such as liquid emulsification (coating emulsification, dye emulsification, diesel emulsification, etc.), extraction and separation, synthesis and degradation, biodiesel production, microbial treatment, degradation of toxic organic pollutants, biodegradation treatment, biological cell crushing, dispersion and coagulation, etc.
Nowadays, ultrasonic disperser is widely used by chemical manufacturers to disperse and homogenize alumina powder particle materials, disperse ink and graphene, emulsify dyes, emulsify coating liquids, emulsify food such as milk additives, etc. the emulsification is uniform, delicate, sufficient and thorough. Especially in the paint and pigment production industry, it can greatly improve the quality of lotion products, improve the grade of products, and help enterprises obtain greater production efficiency.
The ultrasonic disperser is composed of ultrasonic vibration parts, ultrasonic driving power supply and reaction kettle. The ultrasonic vibration component mainly includes an ultrasonic transducer, an ultrasonic horn and a tool head (transmitting head), which is used to generate ultrasonic vibration and transmit the vibration energy into the liquid. The transducer converts the input electrical energy into mechanical energy.
Its manifestation is that the ultrasonic transducer moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction, and the amplitude is generally several microns. Such amplitude power density is insufficient and cannot be directly used. The horn amplifies the amplitude according to the design requirements, isolates the reaction solution and the transducer, and also plays the role of fixing the whole ultrasonic vibration system. The tool head is connected with the horn. The horn transmits the ultrasonic energy and vibration to the tool head, and then the tool head emits the ultrasonic energy into the chemical reaction liquid.
Main components of ultrasonic disperser:
1. Ultrasonic wave generation source: convert 50-60Hz mains power into high-power high-frequency power supply and provide it to the transducer.
2. Ultrasonic energy converter: converts high-frequency electrical energy into mechanical vibration energy.
3. Ultrasonic horn: connect and fix the transducer and the tool head, amplify the amplitude of the transducer and transmit it to the tool head.
4. Ultrasonic radiation rod: it transmits mechanical energy and pressure to the working object, and also has the function of amplitude amplification.
5. Connecting bolts: tightly connect the above components.
6. Ultrasonic connection line: connect the energy converter with the generation source, and transmit electric energy to drive the latter to send power ultrasonic energy.
